2. Coordinate airfare and hotel
arrangements to suit the needs for your
entertainer(s), while ensure that they are
available well prior to the event.

3. Negotiate and purchase radio spots
with your local radio stations, on your
behalf.

4. Negotiate and purchase television
spots, on your behalf.

5. Design and print your full color flyers
and posters in a timely fashion.

6. Schedule the Entertainer(s) to call into
the radio station for a telephone
interview.

7. Schedule the Entertainer(s) to call into
the local newspaper for telephone
interviews.
